Learning outcomes

To give to the student an overview of the principles and methods that can be used when measuring the effectiveness of networked library and information services and collections.


Evaluation of networked library and information services, use and user studies, methods used to measure the effectiveness of the functions and services of an organization, collection evaluation, marketing and development of information services.
